News: Jardines I - Swimming Pool Access and Use Rules

Dear owners,

We would like to remind you of the rules regarding access to and use of the swimming pools in the development, in order to facilitate access control and ensure the proper operation of the facilities.

• All persons over the age of 12 must have their identification wristband in order to access the swimming pools. In the Jardines 1 swimming pools, minors are not required to wear one.
• When accessing any swimming pool other than those belonging to Jardines 1, all minors, regardless of their age, must be identified with their wristband. In the case of minors, it is not compulsory for them to wear the wristband, but the responsible adult accompanying them must carry the minors’ wristbands and show them when requested by the access control staff.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that minors may not remain alone in the swimming pool area. We kindly ask that they are always accompanied and supervised by an adult, as our swimming pools do not have a lifeguard service and any oversight could lead to accidents with very serious consequences.

Furthermore, please be informed that if a minor is found in the swimming pool area without the company of a responsible adult, the security staff will ask them to leave the pool enclosure and they will not be allowed to swim until they are accompanied by an adult.

We appreciate your cooperation and compliance with these rules, which help ensure the proper use of the swimming pools and better coexistence among all residents.
