News: INTERNET CONNECTION ISSUE

Yesterday, a widespread internet service outage occurred at around 5:05 PM.
The incident was reported at 5:30 PM, at which point it was determined that the main equipment had suffered a failure and could not be safely used.

To keep the service running, temporary equipment was put in place, allowing the connection to be restored at 8:40 PM. However, this temporary setup may provide lower speed or capacity than usual.

Over the weekend, brief interruptions may occur while we continue repairing the equipment and work to restore the permanent service with full reliability and guarantees.
