News: J12 - IMPORTANT NOTICE – PAINTING WORKS

Dear owners,

We would like to inform you that painting works in the JARDIN 12 began on 1 September.

They will start with Block 02 next Monday the 14th of September, comprising properties 1265 to 1280, and is expected to take approximately two weeks per block.

Once a block has been completed, work will continue on the next one in accordance with the planned schedule.

To facilitate and speed up the work, we ask owners to do the following before the painting begins:

• Remove all decorations and objects from the terrace walls.
• Group furniture in the centre of the terrace, leaving the walls and work areas clear.
• Keep the terrace access door open whilst the work is in progress, so that the workers can carry out their tasks properly.
