News: Joint Actions by the Urban Conservation Entity and the General Community of Owners Regarding the Presence of Rodents
The Urban Conservation Entity and the General Community of Owners are working in a coordinated manner to address the presence of rodents detected in various areas of Condado de Alhama and to safeguard public health and the normal use of the affected areas.
In response to this situation, contact has been maintained with Alhama de Murcia Town Hall and the appropriate administrative actions have been initiated. As a further step, the Urban Conservation Entity and Level 1 are jointly arranging the submission of a formal written request to the Town Hall, requesting, among other measures::
-An urgent inspection of the affected areas to identify and define any possible sources, assess their extent and determine potential routes of spread.
-The adoption and monitoring of the necessary requirements directed at developers, owners or parties responsible for works that may be related to the situation.
-Verification that the appropriate preventive, containment and control measures are being implemented effectively.
-Regular updates to both entities regarding the actions taken, reports and progress of the case.
In addition, possible actions relating to cleaning services, waste containers and pest-control services are being considered, in order to assess whether a joint response to this incident needs to be reinforced.
