News: PAINTING OF BLOCK 6

Dear owners,

We would like to inform you that work to clean the façades and repaint block 6 in the N7 estate will begin next 14^th of September.

Block 6: from N643 to N661

To ensure the work is carried out properly, we need your cooperation on the following points:

• Please ensure there is unobstructed access to the terrace of your flat on the days work is taking place.
• Please allow the painters to use water and electricity so that they can clean the walls with a Karcher pressure washer before painting.
• Please move any terrace furniture towards the centre, leaving the walls and areas to be painted clear.
