News: IMPORTANT NOTICE – PAINTING WORKS JARDIN 12

Dear owners,

We would like to inform you that painting works in the JARDIN 12 , block 3, will begin on 30th of September.

Block 03, comprising properties 1281 to 1300, and is expected to take approximately two weeks per block.

Once a block has been completed, work will continue on the next one in accordance with the planned schedule.

So, Block 04, properties 1301 to 1324, will start on 20th of October

And Block 05, properties 1325 to 1352, will start 11th of November

To facilitate and speed up the work, we ask owners to do the following before the painting begins:

• Remove all decorations and objects from the terrace walls.
• Group furniture in the centre of the terrace, leaving the walls and work areas clear.
• Keep the terrace access door open whilst the work is in progress, so that the workers can carry out their tasks properly.
