Report on the status of reservoirs and lakes, irrigation water, and chlorine consumption for September 2026.

This report covers 4 points:

  • Reservoir status.
  • Irrigation water availability and management. This section details total irrigation water reserve consumption for September; desalinated water was received, and the supply of industrial water (via the "La Isla" meters) from the City Council—managed by the operating company (Aqlara)—continued.
  • 2026 Irrigation Plan (pp. 11–14). Although previously provided in the December 2025 report, I wish to re-emphasize the importance of conserving the two industrial water supply points provided by the City Council in 2024 and 2025 for the 2027 summer irrigation season. Without these sources, the Resort's water needs could not have been met in 2025, and the landscaping would have deteriorated due to unmet water requirements—which amount to 353 m³/year if lawn overseeding is performed. These calculations are based on landscaped areas, historical weather data, and experience at the Resort.
  • Chlorine consumption (pp. 20–24). Following a recent inspection of the pools to identify deficiencies and needs, Point 9 details a series of recommended actions to improve the efficiency of automated pool water disinfection systems (control panels). As of the end of September 2026, Condado de Alhama has spent €41,263.08 on chlorine.
