News: Correction of the schedule of painting work : PAINTING OF BLOCK 3, 2 and 1

Dear owners,

I would like to apologize for my previous post, as the dates were not updated correctly!

We would like to inform you that work to clean the façades and repaint block 3, 2 and 1 in the N7 community as to start the 15th of October,

but the painters were able to begin cleaning some of the bungalows as early as Monday the 12th.

Each block must last between 10 and 12 days, depending on the weather. Starting with :

Block 3: from N585 to N608

Block 2: from N561 to N584

Block 1: from N537 to N560

To ensure the work is carried out properly, we need your cooperation on the following points:

• Please ensure there is unobstructed access to the terrace of your flat on the days work is taking place.
• Please allow the painters to use water and electricity so that they can clean the walls with a Karcher pressure washer before painting.
• Please move any terrace furniture towards the centre, leaving the walls and areas to be painted clear.
• If you have any issues regarding the painting work, please inform the administration directly, by e-mail, so that they can contact the company and address your complaint as soon as possible and fix it.
