News: Naranjos 4 - Block 1 - Painting Works

Dear owners,

We would like to inform you that painting work on blocks 1 in the N4 community will begin next week.

Block 1: from N217 to N248, Starting November 2^nd with the cleaning !

Each block lasts approximately 2 weeks.

To ensure the work is carried out properly, we need your cooperation on the following points:

• Please ensure there is unobstructed access to the terrace of your flat on the days work is taking place.
• Please allow the painters to use water and electricity so that they can clean the walls with a Karcher pressure washer before painting.
• Please move any terrace furniture towards the centre, leaving the walls and areas to be painted clear.
• Any issue must be reported to the Administration as soon as possible so that the contracted company can be notified.
