News: 2027 Annual General Meetings - Announcement

Dear Owners,

We are writing to inform you that the dates currently being considered for the 2027 Annual General Meetings are 2, 3 and 4 April. This provisional schedule reflects the preference expressed by the Level 2 Presidents at the working meeting held on 28 November: to hold the meetings once the audits of the accounts have been completed, ensuring that owners can vote on their approval with the appropriate assurances.

The annual accounts cover the period from 1 January to 31 December. Inmho does not finalise the accounts until the last week of January, to ensure that all invoices for services billed in arrears have been received. The auditing firm has requested five to six weeks to review all the accounts for the Level 2 communities, the Level 1 community and the Entity. Given these timeframes, the first available weekend would be that of 19 March, which is a public holiday in the Region of Murcia and marks the start of the Easter holiday period in 2027. The first available dates would therefore be 2, 3 and 4 April.

The final dates will be decided at the next Level 1 Extraordinary General Meeting and communicated to owners as soon as they have been confirmed.

As in previous years, and to begin preparations for the meetings, we also invite you to submit any proposals or matters you would like to put to a vote and, where applicable, approval.

Proposals must be sufficiently developed and detailed and, where relevant, include their estimated cost or budget, so that owners have the information they need to cast a fully informed vote on their content and scope.

You may also take this opportunity to submit any questions or enquiries. These will be answered as time permits and, in all cases, before the General Meetings.

style="background-color: initial;">Once the proposals have been received, the Board will meet to review them and prepare the matters to be addressed at the respective meetings.

In addition, after the meeting notices have been sent out and before the Information Meetings take place, there will be a 15-day period during which you may submit questions and request clarification on community matters.
