The Urban Entity is responsible for the maintenance of common areas (roads, pavements, lighting, irrigation etc) which are not part of the wider community of Condado or privately owned. (ie Not the Jardins, gardens, pools, Al-Kazar, golf course). The urban entity also includes the lake at La Isla.
This consists generally of the all the roads and associated pavements within the inner ring (fenced area) and everything outside.
All Level 2 communities/owners contribute to the Urban Entity based on their co-efficient.
