News: Upcoming implementation of the Emergency App of Condado de Alhama

Dear residents of Condado de Alhama,

The Community of Owners' Security Committee informs you that a new Emergency APP will soon be implemented in our Community, if there is no delay, during the month of June, to improve the efficiency and response in attending to emergencies that residents may have within Condado.

This APP has been designed by a Swedish company and the security company will make it available to Condado FREE OF CHARGE, as an extra service they offer to the community, to improve security in our complex.

Along with this announcement, you will receive a brief presentation about the APP, as well as the registration form, in Spanish, English, and French, for any resident who wishes, Fill it out and send it to the following email address: alhama@inmho.es, indicating in the subject: “APP EMERGENCIA. VIVIENDA XXXXX”.

Once your personal information has been registered in the APP developer's database, you will receive an email with your username and password to install the app, along with instructions for its installation and use.

We ask for your patience and understanding regarding any technical issues that the implementation of this APP may cause in our community, as its proper functioning will depend on mobile phone coverage in our residential area, which, as we all know, is not perfect.

We will also be monitoring the use of this APP throughout the summer to learn from our experience and improve its performance in the following months. Among other things, we will be observing how the APP is affected by the potential volume of calls during a peak season like summer in Condado.

It is also noted that this Emergency APP does not replace direct calls to the national emergency number in Spain, 112, or to Spanish emergency services (Medical assistance, Police, Firefighters, Civil Protection, etc.)

On the other hand, it is also warned that misuse of this APP, by activating the Emergency button without justified reason, will result in removal from the developer company's database and the APP will be disconnected from the user who has misused this tool.

THIS IS A NEW TOOL TO IMPROVE EMERGENCY RESPONSE, IT IS NOT AN APP TO PLAY AROUND OR TO BE MISUSED.

We hope and wish that this new application will bring about a significant improvement in the services provided to all residents by the Community of Owners.

Le comité de sécurité de la communauté des propriétaires vous informe qu’une nouvelle application mobile d’urgence sera bientôt mise en place dans notre communauté, si aucun retard n’est constaté, ce sera au cours du mois de juin afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et la réponse aux urgences que les résidents du Condado peuvent avoir.

Cette application mobile a été conçu par une société suédoise et la société de sécurité la mettra à disposition du Condado gratuitement, comme un service supplémentaire qu’ils nous offrent afin d’améliorer la sécurité dans notre complexe.

En même temps que ce communiqué, vous recevrez une brève présentation de l’application mobile, ainsi que le formulaire d'inscription, en espagnol, anglais et français, pour que tout résident qui le souhaite le remplisse et l’envoie à l’adresse e-mail : alhama@inmho.es, en indiquant dans l'objet : « APP EMERGENCIA. VIVIENDA XXXXX ».

Une fois que vos données personnelles ont été enregistrées dans la base de données de l’entreprise qui développe l’application, vous recevrez un courriel avec votre nom d’utilisateur et mot de passe pour pouvoir installer l’application mobile, ainsi que les instructions d’installation et d’utilisation.

Nous vous prions de faire preuve de patience et d’une certaine compréhension face aux éventuelles incidences techniques que la mise en œuvre de cette application mobile pourrait engendrer dans notre communauté car, le bon fonctionnement dépendra de la couverture de téléphonie mobile dans notre résidence qui, comme nous le savons tous n’est pas parfaite.

Nous allons également surveiller l’utilisation de cette application tout au long de l’été, pour prendre note des leçons apprises et améliorer sa mise en place dans les mois qui suivent. Entre autres questions, nous verrons comment le niveau possible de saturation des appels affecte l’application dans une période de forte occupation comme l’été à Condado.

Il est également signalé que cette application d’urgence ne remplace pas les appels directs au numéro national d’urgence en Espagne, le 112, ni aux services d’urgence espagnols (médecins, police, pompiers, protection civile, etc.)

Par ailleurs, il est également signalé que toute utilisation abusive de cette application, en activant le bouton d’urgence sans motif justifié, entraînera la suppression de la base de données de l’entreprise développeuse et déconnectera l’application de l’utilisateur qui aura fait une utilisation incorrecte de cet outil.

IL S’AGIT D’UN NOUVEL OUTIL POUR AMÉLIORER LES SOINS EN CAS D’URGENCE, NON D’UNE APPLICATION DE JEU NI D’UNE MANIPULATION INAPPROPRIÉE.
